At Whip & Ship, we aim to provide a reliable, transparent and professional wholesale shipping service for all trade customers.

Processing & Dispatch Times

All wholesale orders are processed within up to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public/bank holidays.

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, seasonal launches or high-volume wholesale periods.

Orders are typically dispatched using DPD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Charges

Wholesale shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order, regardless of order weight or quantity.

All wholesale orders are shipped using DPD.

Shipping Information & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If tracking details are missing from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact wholesale@cowhome.co.uk with your order number and business name.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

Where available, we may use delivery information provided by the courier, including:

GPS delivery coordinates
Delivery confirmation photographs
Courier tracking events

Please note: If a safe place or alternative delivery instruction has been provided either directly to the courier or through tracking updates, delivery may be considered fulfilled by the courier and additional claims or investigations may be limited.
