5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Whip & Ship shall not be liable for courier delays, customs delays or events outside of our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Wholesale Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding cancellations, returns, damaged goods and refund eligibility.
As wholesale orders are business-to-business transactions, standard consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
7. Product Safety & Compliance
Retailers and stockists are responsible for ensuring products are used, stored, labelled and sold in accordance with local laws and regulations applicable within their region or country.
Where applicable, safety information, CLP information and ingredients are provided.
Whip & Ship accepts no responsibility for misuse, relabelling or modification of products once supplied.

- References to fragrance inspirations are provided solely to indicate scent character or fragrance family.
All trademarks and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Competitions, Discounts & Promotions
Any competitions, promotions, discounts or wholesale offers run by Whip & Ship may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Promotional offers:
- Cannot be applied retrospectively
- May exclude selected products or collections
